I had an unfortunate experience here. Charged a hefty smoking fee despite being a non-smoker. Attempts to resolve this with the staff were frustrating, and I’m still waiting for a callback. A nearby hotel in Salem would be a better option for your stay.

I was blown away by how spotless and inviting the entire hotel felt! The rooms were spacious with a mini fridge and microwave that made it super convenient for our family. Plus, we had the pool all to ourselves, which was such a bonus!

Got a Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds. Room was spacious and very clean, which was nice. I appreciated the mini fridge and microwave for snacks. Beds were comfy, but the pullout sofa mattress could've been better. Pillows were a hit with my younger kid! Overall, it felt inviting and fresh.
